Berckelman promoted to Digital Editor at Body+Soul

Berckelman updated her LinkedIn connections about the transition and added that she was ‘proud and excited’ to take up the new role. Her post received several congratulatory messages from industry peers, who cheered her on for the milestone and called it a ‘well-deserved’ growth.
Previously, Berckelman worked as a resident food writer for Backyard Opera for nearly two years before moving to NewsCorp in 2020, where she subsequently assumed marketing and production roles for Food and Travel, Stellar and Body+Soul.
She was most recently the online content producer for Body+Soul, a role which she held for more than a year.

Perry 'Pez' Lazaris is set to become the new national Afternoon announcer for the Hit Network, taking over the regional Afternoon shift from Monday, 6 May.
