Seven West Media has announced an update on the CEO transition, which was previously announced on December 7 2023.  James Warburton, managing director and chief executive officer, will finish his tenure on 18 April 2024. He will be succeeded by Jeff Howard, SWM's current chief financial officer.  SWM Chairman, Kerry Stokes AC and Howard expressed their gratitude to Warburton for his contribution to the business.  SWM has appointed Craig Haskins as acting CFO. A new CFO will be announced in due course.  Jeff Howard will commence in the role on 19 April 2024.
