Manipal Hospital trains Mizoram journalists in life-saving CPR skills

With the aim of educating journalists and equipping them with life-saving skills, Manipal Hospital EM Bypass, Kolkata, conducted a CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training session for members of the Mizoram Journalists’ Association (MJA) in Aizawl. The session was organised under the hospital’s outreach initiative, “Anveshana – Medical Education for Media”, IndiaTodayNE reported.
During the event, held at Hotel Regency, participating journalists were given a step-by-step demonstration of CPR procedures by doctors, who explained how timely intervention within 18 minutes can significantly improve the chances of survival during cardiac arrest.
