Perth, Western Australia | 19/01/26

Perth-based windscreen replacement and auto glass repair specialist Autoscreens has welcomed a new member to the team, with Ethan Squire joining the family business as a trainee windscreen fitter.

Ethan officially joined Autoscreens in June 2025, working alongside his father Jason Squire, founder and Master Technician, and his older brother Xavier Squire, an experienced technician and key member of the Autoscreens team.

Founded in 2010, Autoscreens has built a strong reputation across Western Australia for high-quality workmanship, dependable mobile service and outstanding customer care. Jason and Xavier alone bring a combined 40 years of industry experience, servicing private vehicles, commercial fleets and government clients throughout Perth, including Joondalup, Wanneroo and Midland.

"As a family-run business, training the next generation properly is incredibly important to us," said Jason Squire, Owner and Operator of Autoscreens. "Ethan is learning the trade hands-on, alongside experienced technicians, and being taught the same standards and values that Autoscreens was built on."

Ethan said he was looking forward to developing his skills within the business. "It's been great learning the trade alongside my dad and brother. I'm proud to be part of the family business and excited to keep building my skills with Autoscreens."

Autoscreens is the preferred windscreen care provider for multiple local government fleets and is trusted by dealerships, accident repair centres and mining companies across WA. The business combines traditional customer service values with modern auto glass technology to ensure vehicles remain safe, compliant and roadworthy.

Behind the scenes, Office Manager Dawn Squire continues to manage day-to-day operations, supporting the team and ensuring smooth service delivery for customers across the region.

With Ethan now beginning his journey in the trade, Autoscreens continues to demonstrate how experience, training and family values can create a resilient and highly regarded business within the Perth automotive industry.
