Bitcoin Cash "Layla" Upgrade Successfully Unlocks CashVM: Turing-Complete DeFi and Quantumroot Vaults Now Live! - Toronto BCH Meetup 

(May 19, 2026) - Jerry Qian, CEO of OPTN Labs, has recently returned from the annual BCH Bliss developer's conference. BCH ecosystem builders achieved the successful activation of the Layla Upgrade.
