Brentnalls SA Expands Leadership and Opens Equity to Senior Management

ADELAIDE, SA - Chartered accounting and advisory firm, Brentnalls SA, has announced five internal senior promotions and the introduction of a Management Equity Scheme, extending equity ownership beyond its partnership. Together, these milestones strengthen the firm's leadership bench and support its continued delivery of high-quality advice to clients across Australia.

Five Internal Promotions Strengthen the Leadership Bench

Partner Promotions 
Brentnalls SA welcomes Matthew Merrett, Sarah Hall and Wade Crane as Partners, bringing the firm's partnership group to eleven. Their admission reflects the expertise and character each brings to the firm and the confidence Brentnalls SA has in the next generation of its leadership.
 
 

Manager Promotions 
Karla Labbozzetta and Courtney Duffy have been promoted into Manager roles where they take on broader client portfolios with closer day-to-day collaboration with the firm's Partners.  

All five appointments are internal, with several of the new leaders beginning their careers at Brentnalls SA through its Undergraduate Program.

Management Equity Scheme: Ownership Beyond the Partnership

In a move that goes beyond conventional professional services structures, Brentnalls SA has introduced a Management Equity Scheme that offers eligible managers an ownership stake in the business. Available by invitation to managers who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to their clients and team, the scheme recognises the integral role that Brentnalls SA's people play in the firm's long-term success. Its inaugural participants - Jerome Steele, Jade Gurung, James Moore and Sarah Mitchell - are managers whose dedication and contribution to Brentnalls SA exemplify the commitment the scheme was created to honour.  

The scheme creates alignment between Brentnalls SA's long-term ambitions and the senior team who carry them out, delivering a tangible benefit for clients.
