Integrate Expo and Fusion Signage celebrate 10-year partnership as Premier Software relationship enters second decade
Announcement posted by Fusion Signage 04 Aug 2026
Integrate Expo, Australia's premier AV and integration trade show and Fusion Signage, the Australian-owned digital signage software specialist, are this year marking ten years of partnership, a relationship that has grown into one of the most enduring collaborations in the pro-AV and digital signage sector.

Designated Premier Software Partner, Fusion Signage has been responsible for the design and supply of event content across the Integrate Expo floor for a decade, creating the signage experience that attendees encounter from the moment they arrive at the ICC Sydney. The partnership continues through the 2026 edition of the show, which returns to the ICC Sydney from 2 to 4 September.

For the past two years Fusion Signage has also held its own stand on the exhibition floor, a move co-founder Emily Ingram says brought the brand "from digital to real life" and signalled the company's evolution alongside the industry it serves.
A successful decade-long partnership in this industry is rare and for us it signals something deeper than a vendor arrangement," Ingram said. "We're not just a supplier to Integrate, we're embedded in the experience. We've evolved with the show, with the broader digital signage market and with their team. The relationship with Soren, Deb and their Diversified Australia team is one we genuinely value. We're all the same real, honest people year on year and I think that consistency is a big part of why this has worked so well for ten years."

Across the venue, Fusion Signage delivers a cohesive event experience spanning every screen a visitor interacts with. External entrance blades outside the ICC, entrance hall screens, registration and foyer overhead displays, interactive kiosks at each entrance, concourse LED panels and central bar screens all run content designed and managed by the Fusion team.
The application of that content goes well beyond branded wallpaper. Welcome screens at each entrance and directional signage guide visitors efficiently to registration, exhibition halls, seminar theatres and key features, reducing congestion and confusion at high-traffic moments. Branded welcome content at collection points creates a polished first impression, while event information screens surface seminar schedules, theatre timetables and what's-on highlights throughout the day, supported by scannable QR codes that link attendees to the event app for session reminders, speaker promotions and live wayfinding.
Sponsor and exhibitor messaging is carried across the same high-traffic locations, maximising visibility and reinforcing event value for partners. Underpinning all of it is a consistent visual identity with colours, typography, messaging and motion graphics applied uniformly across every display. In this way the event reads as a professionally managed experience rather than a collection of disconnected screens.
Soren Norgaard, Event Director for Integrate, said the longevity of the partnership reflected the value it delivers to attendees and exhibitors alike. "When you walk into Integrate, the signage is the first thing that tells you you've arrived somewhere serious, somewhere well-run and somewhere the experience has been designed," Norgaard said.

"Fusion Signage has been delivering that for ten years and the reason the partnership has lasted is that they understand what we're trying to create for the people who come through the doors. It's not just about putting content on screens, it's about moving thousands of people through a venue clearly, giving our sponsors the visibility they've paid for and making the whole event feel cohesive. That's a hard thing to do well and Fusion do it well, year after year."

For Fusion Signage, the Premier Software Partner designation carries weight beyond the show floor. Being trusted by one of the industry's leading events functions as a credibility marker in a market where integrators and end users increasingly seek evidence of reliability and depth. The company positions the relationship as a parallel to the way it works with its own reseller network, where long-term, values-aligned collaboration is central to how it does business.
Soren Norgaard added, "Our across partnership with Fusion Signage over the last ten years has often extended beyond Integrate as we have also partnered with them on many other shows that we produce and manage under the Diversified Australia umbrella including Security, Fire Security, Fine Food Australia, Energy Exchange Australia, FoodPro and FoodTech. This again comes back to and reemphasises the trust we have in Fusion Signage, the quality of their solution and the strength of our relationship."
The ten-year milestone arrives as Fusion Signage continues to extend its footprint in the Australian and New Zealand digital signage market, building on its content management platform developed specifically for the local integrator channel.
