CashD Expands its Executive Team
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA - August, 2026
Founded in 2022, Fin Tech business CashD is changing the pay advance and pay day loan industry with its 'Real Time Remuneration' product, where employees can access their earned wages in real time, rather than waiting for a pay cycle or the need to take a loan.
As well as increasing its workforce, HR/HRIS and payroll partners, that currently include MYOB, Reckon, Wageloch, Keypay, Deputy, HR3 and Astute to name a few, CashD is expanding its Executive Team with two new appointments James Haslam and Gordon Starkey.
James brings a wealth of experience with 7 years as the CFO and COO at ELMO Software. James' expertise includes scaling operations, driving profitability, capital raising and geographic expansion.
Gordon has 18 years of CRO experience also from ELMO Software. Gordon was the architect of ELMO's exponential growth and international expansion taking the HCM technology business from revenues of $1 million to over $150 million. He has extensive experience in building international multi-channel Go-To-Market teams and developing deep strategic partnerships.
