NEWCASTLE… ARENDELLE AWAITS
A spectacular Broadway - style musical comes to the Civic Theatre.
The strictly limited Disney's Frozen The Broadway Musical season opens 10 October and must close on 25 October 2026, giving theatre audiences just two weeks to experience one of the world's most celebrated musicals live on stage.
More than a familiar Disney story, this is a large-scale theatrical production bringing the world of Arendelle to life through spectacular sets, elaborate costumes, lighting, special effects, choreography and a powerful musical score.
Featuring the songs audiences know and love, including "Let It Go," "Do You Want to Build a Snowman?" and "For the First Time in Forever," alongside new songs written exclusively for the stage, the production combines the spectacle and storytelling of Broadway-style musical theatre with the emotional depth of a story that has resonated with audiences around the world.
At its heart, Disney's Frozen The Broadway Musical is a story about family, love, loss, courage and finding the strength to be yourself. Elsa and Anna's journey from childhood to adulthood explores fear, responsibility, independence and the extraordinary bond between two sisters.
For adults who know and love the original film, the stage production offers an opportunity to experience the story in an entirely new way, with live performers, a full musical theatre production and the thrill of seeing the world of Arendelle created before them.
