Melbourne’s Armageddon Expo – Australia’s Biggest “Comic-Con” Returns

The Melbourne Armageddon Expo returns for the sixth year and is shaping up to be the biggest yet.

The term “comic-con” is what best describes this event but it is much more than a comic-con…it’s an experience!

With a line-up of over 30 celebrity guests, this year’s event is sure to have something for everyone.
Weather the kids want to meet one of their favourite voices from cartoons or gaming including the voice of Mario or weather the parents want to meet James Bond himself, Mr George Lazenby (along with his screen used Aston Martin DBS), this is a show that’s licenced to thrill, and if meeting celebrity’s isn’t your thing, then there are lots of other activities to keep you amused including live wrestling 3 times a day.

Armageddon crosses all boundaries with guests attending from popular TV shows such as Supernatural, Game of Thrones, Stargate SG1 and Doctor Who along with movie stars from James Bond, Tron, Conan the Barbarian and Dredd himself, Mr Karl Urban.

All lovers of TV, Movies, Sci-Fi, Fantasy Gaming, Comics and Cartoons, will head down to Australia’s biggest pop culture expo which will be held at Melbourne’s Exhibition Centre on October 13-14.

This will be the first time many of the guests will have travelled as far as Australia for an event and Bill Geradts from the Armageddon Expo is thrilled to welcome them all to the show.

“Sci-Fi and Fantasy films have a huge fan base in Australia and this will give fans the chance to meet the actors who bring their favourite characters to life”.

“Final preparations are underway for the show which kicks-off next week and the celebrity line-up and entertainment at this year’s event will blow fans away,” he added.
