Ecards System For 2012 By www.charityecards.com.au

Announcement posted by Charity Ecards 19 Oct 2012

Since its conception and launch in 2010, Charity Ecards has been focused on providing quirky and contagious E-cards to 100’s of Australian companies. They are quietly proud that 20% of the purchase value of the E-cards is donated to Charity.  More than 85 Australian Charities are represented on the website and the nominated Charity is chosen by you, the sender. Companies doing this are rewarded by the warm fuzzy feeling of being associated with their favourite Charity at Christmas time. Of course the recipient is made aware of this act of Philanthropy, too.

The Charity Ecards approach has always been to appeal to the slightly less formal and lighthearted, approach of so many Australian companies, as to what medium they select  when communicating their annual  Christmas wishes  and “Thank you’s  for the year of support”. For many years companies that have traditionally only sent physical Christmas cards are now choosing to do both printed cards and E-cards.

2012, has just seen the launch of personalised E-cards through the Charity Ecards system. Every individual E-card now has the ability to include the recipients name in the subject line of the email e.g. “Merry Christmas, [Steve] from everyone at ABC Company. In addition, in the actual content of the e-card itself, one can now include the recipients name e.g.  Dear [Recipient]. This small addition goes a long way to adding immense value to the ecards available from Charity Ecards.

Most corporate ecard providers charge a set-up fee when producing an e-card. Charity ecards through their website allow anyone to send from 1 to 10,000 ecards and there is no set-up fee at all. Normally e-card developers provide a link to the e-card which is hosted on their website and requires the sender to either send the e-cards using their own email system or email campaign software.

Built into the Charity Ecards system is a very sophisticated yet very simple to use, tool for sending e-cards. A spreadsheet of upto 10,000 names can be easily imported and then sent at a date and time of your choosing.  Whilst logged into the website, one can easily see how many e-cards have been opened, plus the email addresses that have bounced or are invalid are summarised adjacent to the e-card.

If it’s something out of the ordinary, like having your company logo falling out of bubbles as your clients click on them, or a Christmas rock band starring you and your team, then perhaps visit www.charityecards.com.au and this year do something a little different to entertain and thank your clients, and to present your brand in a captivating and contagious way.

$429,000.00 was raised by Charity Greeting Cards in 2011, and they continue to innovate to remain entertaining in their space.
