FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
MTData is pleased to announce an advance in electronic fatigue management, Complete Fatigue. Operations managers, drivers and compliance managers can now remain compliant to fatigue regulations with software to manage the current paper based work diary system.
Once data is entered, the unique MTData software electronically reviews multiple driver work diaries and tracks 28 day work cycles in line with current AFM and BFM fatigue schemes in Australia.
Assisting with planning work schedules for drivers, Complete Fatigue automatically identifies the length of work and driving time allowed for drivers without breach, calculates when breaks should be taken and the length required. Developed with leaders in the line haul and heavy transport industry, the MTData fatigue solution supports important solo and 2-UP driver work diaries and accounts for non-driving work time.
MTData Marketing Manager, Kristen Richardson says the objective of the standalone Complete Fatigue solution was to make planning, scheduling and handling driver work diary information more efficient and organised whilst being cost effective for operators with smaller fleets.
“Compliance in line with a paper-based work diary can be time consuming for managers and this issue is only exacerbated over multiple diaries. Complete Fatigue reduces the demand on human resources and gives the organisation one centralised system to manage driver fatigue from”.
Recent national reforms have been developed to combat heavy vehicle driver fatigue, further supporting the need for calculated fatigue management in the transport industry.
“Complete Fatigue successfully addresses the management of fatigue but also increases productivity for transport organisations and helps mitigate risk for the future” Kristen says.
