The Homestore’s website has a page of frequently asked questions which may be helpful to ‘first time’ customers, as follows.
Q. Do I have to be a member to buy? A. No, you don't have to be a member. We have an express checkout where you can go straight to the payment page to fill out your delivery details and payment options.
Q. What is the advantage of becoming a member? A. There are several advantages: All your details are saved so ordering is quick. We have a loyalty scheme for our members. The more you spend with us the more points you earn. There are no limits or expiration dates to use them by. You can review products. First to see upcoming promotions and new products. Chance to win a prize every month.
Q. How do I become a member? A. Just click on "My Account" or "Login" at the top right hand side of our website and select "Create Account".
Q. What are the payment options, can I use PayPal to pay? A. Yes, PayPal is an accepted method. Other methods of payments are, Internet banking, Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Diners. There are no hidden extra fees to pay either.
Q. I don't feel comfortable ordering over the internet, can I pay over the phone? A. No problem. Just ring us on 04 499 4469 to speak to one of our sales assistants to process your payment over the phone.
Q. I see you have a "Price Match" button, can anyone use this? A. The Price Match button is available to anyone. Our promise is if you see it cheaper elsewhere then we will do our utmost to match or better the price so that you can get the best deal available in NZ on the web.
