Claudia Beyer, Holistic Health coach and trainer, has launched her first eBook to improve women’s health through better understanding the role of their metabolisms.

Holistic health coach & trainer, Claudia Beyer, believes the solution to women’s health and weight loss lies in a holistic approach to the metabolism. “The metabolism plays a major role in how we feel and think as women,” Claudia says. “The metabolism is often the underling source of so many health and wellness issues women have today. I want to show women just how important it is to nourish and form a respectful relationship with their metabolism”.

To address imbalances in the female metabolism, Claudia has launched a comprehensive 6 Step Program as part of “Your Holistic Metabolism”. The concept for this book came about through Claudia’s interaction with her health & wellness clients and the thousands of females in her online community.

 “Your Holistic Metabolism” is an in-depth 70+ page eBook. It contains easily digestible insights into the female metabolism, symptom and progress tracking tools, simple healthy recipes, a metabolism nourishing whole food meal plan and a 14-Day Fitness Program to lose weight through smart movement and metabolic conditioning. Through her book Claudia wants to help women end the battle with their weight and negative self body image. “Fad dieting, over or under exercising, stress, sleep patterns, certain medications and environmental toxins are damaging the female metabolism and making it impossible to reach and/or manage a healthy weight and balanced lifestyle”.
