Nine Lanterns launch an online community for client collaboration

Nine Lanterns have launched an online community portal for clients and friends of Nine Lanterns to discuss eLearning and Learning & Development best practice. 

The Nine Lanterns exchange is a community portal for clients and friends of Nine Lanterns to discuss best practice of not only using ScaffoldLMS and NebulaCAS but also to discuss best practices in learning and development, learning design and to suggest product updates to the Nine Lanterns team.

Recently Nine Lanterns changed their support model to offer free eLearning support and advice to clients and it is envisaged that the Nine Lanterns exchange will help to drive product development but also be a place where clients can discuss their problems or ‘pain points’ with other users and garner further knowledge and best practices through the forum.

Steve Grocott, CEO, said ‘we wanted to provide a place where our clients can learn from each other to get the best out of tools we provide to them. In addition, our team will monitor the portal and be on hand to answer any questions. We also have the@9L_exchange twitter handle, through which anyone can pose a question to the team’.

The portal has been developed using Mahara, one of the tools which can be integrated with ScaffoldLMS.

Nine Lanterns will also be holding bi-monthly twitter chats through the @9L_exchange twitter handle so watch this space.
