The world’s most trusted and longest standing women-only retreat company, Goddess Retreat, has launched a new retreat program which focuses on providing world-class fitness holidays for women. 

Starting June 2016, Fit Goddess Retreats will be the newest retreat package for women from across the world. It’s launch makes Fit Goddess the fourth women’s retreat offering by Goddess Retreats, which evolved out of their original offering Surf Goddess Retreats.

FITNESS PROGRAM

Goddess Retreats believes you don't need to rough it to go on a life changing fitness and yoga camp. There is more than enough time each day to be pampered at our luxury villas while enjoying an active escape and soul searching.  Transformative daily yoga & meditation sessions are held in outdoor pavilions overlooking the villa’s pool, while guests relax over gourmet organic meals. Each retreat includes unlimited hours of decadent massage and spa treatments.

Fit Goddess Retreat’s exclusive group fitness lessons allow instructors to respond to individual fitness needs—whether a guest is just starting on her fitness journey or is already an experienced fitness enthusiast.  Tailored teaching programs allow guests to progress at their own pace throughout the week, while receiving support every step of the way. Fitness activities are custom scheduled based on guest interests, and range from cardio training, Pilates and barre classes, circuit interval sessions, boxing and more. Guests receive individual feedback each session for energy efficiency and safety.
