Esmaili and Reeve say that by harnessing the power of collective sharing, Unlock Property provides an essential resource buyers and renters can trust for real-world insight into purchasing experiences, construction quality and building amenity.

“Speaking from personal experience, I know this type of transparency will be especially valuable to people buying off-the-plan and house-and-land packages,” emphasises Esmaili.

For the founders, it started as a mission to use technology to put more power in consumer hands.

But just as TripAdvisor and Yelp revolutionised the hospitality industry, they expect their innovative Unlock Property platform to disrupt the property industry in more ways than one.

“Brand reputation is key in this industry and Unlock Property will encourage that," promises Reeve.

According to Esmaili and Reeve, Unlock Property will help promote quality practitioners by differentiating them from substandard players whose poor build and business practices are harming the industry’s image and consumer dreams.

Unlock Property’s communication function also allows users to connect with registered developers and builders who can actively build their brand by interacting with customers and prospects.
