SonicWALL Appoint New ANZ Sales Country Manager

SonicWall, the trusted security partner protecting more than a million business networks worldwide, today announced the appointment of Amit Singh as new Country Manager for Australian and New Zealand. SonicWall launched operations as a stand-alone company at the end of 2016.
Singh commencing the role in early January, reporting to Scott McCrady, VP of SonicWall for the Asia Pacific and Japan region. He will be focussed on strengthening customer and partner relationships, accelerating product, software and service innovation and building upon the organisations leadership position in the ANZ market.
“We completed an extensive search for the role both internally and externally to the organisation and Amit’s background with the company, excellent leadership skills and history of success, made him an ideal candidate,” stated McCrady.
“His technology, channel and business experience along with his ability to build strong, long lasting customer relationships will help him continue SonicWall’s success in ANZ.”
Amit Singh brings over 17 years of experience to the position. Prior to the current role he was country manager for the India region from 2012 where he helped build solid growth momentum and created a strong Partner Ecosystem that has an excellent base for expanded growth in the coming years. Singh has also held Regional Sales Manager and Brand Marketing Manager roles for Dell India. Amit will be based in Melbourne, Australia.
