Blue Planet adds new clients

Balmain, Sydney agency Blue Planet has new and retained clients in the fold for the winter 2020 season.
On the new clients front, Blue Planet will represent smarthome equipment company EZVIZ. Founded in 2013, EZVIZ specializes in home automation and security technology such as video doorbells, security cameras, and WiFi routers.
For client retentions, the agency will join forces with the Australian Red Cross in preparing for this year’s World First Aid Day on 12 September.

Accenture Song ANZ media lead wins stateside role
Accenture Song's ANZ Media Lead, Melissa Fein, has stepped up to take a new role at the company, set to be based in the US, as per Mediaweek's report. She joined the company in 2024.
As a result, Sam Geer will take on the ANZ Media Lead role to be supported by Chris Colter and Nick Thomas. Geer steps up from the Managing Director, Media A/NZ role, a role he's held since September 2024.

Justin Stolarski has announced that he has departed Optus, where he was a senior corporate affairs and stakeholder engagement manager.
Reflecting on his tenure, he wrote: “Of course, five years at Optus has thrown its fair share of challenges my way. Some periods were incredibly difficult, but they also pushed me to grow enormously, both personally and professionally. When I look back across the full five years, the good times far outweigh the tough ones.
