Court grants bail to two journalists in Gujarat CTOC case

A local court has granted bail to journalists Abeda Shaikh and Sabir Shaikh, who were booked under the Gujarat Control of Terrorism and Organised Crime Act (GujCTOC). The order came after the court considered arguments from both sides.
According to Times of India, the two had been charged under the stringent provisions of GujCTOC in a case linked to allegations involving organised crime. The bail order allows them to be released from custody subject to court‑imposed conditions, while the investigation and trial continue.
