Opposition leader Peter Dutton and Labor's Anthony Albanese have both been out spruiking their housing plans this last week.
The latest Essential poll for the Guardian shows Labor continuing to edge ahead of the Coalition but Clare Armstrong in the Daily Telegraph reports Opposition leader Peter Dutton telling the Courier Mail he's confident, as in the headline, "Libs' internal polls give him 'great confidence". Armstrong reports, “The Opposition Leader is trailing in every published poll, but he said he had seen Liberal Party numbers on Tuesday morning that had buoyed his spirits and reflected the “mood” his candidates in marginal seats were reporting on the ground.”
Armstrong also reports in an Exclusive that “Labor has poured more than $175,000 into YouTube advertising ...
