Hotwire absorbs Precinct

Marcomms agency Hotwire is assimilating Sydney agency Precinct.
The two agencies’ parent firm, Enero Group, announced this week that the merger will be completed by 1 July 2019. Under the plan, current Precinct managing director/production head Jaime Nelson will be Hotwire’s new strategy and marketing services managing director. Hotwire Australia MD Mylan Vu stays in office and will run the communications staff of both agencies as they are integrated.
Enero Group-North America president Heather Karnahan said the merger gives Hotwire added fuel in the strategy and marketing services field.
