KIX Country’s Justin Thomson wins 2024 International Country Broadcaster Award

Justin Thomson of KIX Country has been honored with the 2024 International Country Broadcaster Award at CMC Rocks in Queensland, Radio Info reported. Presented by the Country Music Association, this award recognizes radio broadcasters outside the U.S. who contribute significantly to the growth of country music in their region. Previous Australian winners include John Laws, Ray Hadley, and David Burton (2012).
As National Content Director of KIX Country and iHeart Country, Justin has played a key role in bringing country music to global audiences, covering major events like CMA Fest, the CMA Awards, and the CCMA Awards in Canada.
