Manly Observer goes live

Local social media portal Manly Observer has transformed into a news website, at www.manlyobserver.com.au.
The website aims to cover health, food and lifestyle topics that are highly relevant to Manly residents, as well as those in Seaforth, Balgowlah, Curl Curl, and Brookvale.
“We will endeavour to be as direct and clear as we can, with the occasional quirky pun or bit of observational humour or conversational tone. Objectivity is near impossible. It’s like trying to stop the aggressive Manly seagulls from pinching your chips! You’ll probably fail but you at least have to put in a few kicks and strive for success,” said editor Kim Smee.
The team also expanded with the arrival of nutritionist/lifestyle writer Faye James as lifestyle editor.
