Publicis purchases Balance Internet

NZ e-commerce transformation company Balance Internet is now under Publicis Groupe ANZ (pictured) ownership.
The purchase puts Balance into the Publicis Commerce division. Company directors James Horne, David Crothers, and Mal Williams will now report to chief product officer Jason Tonelli.
Established in 2008 it now has 90 staff spread over Australia, Vietnam, and the Ukraine, Balance offers enterprise-grade ecommerce B2B, B2C, and D2C business solutions centred on Magento, Adobe and BigCommerce.
