By Jonas Lopez in Media News on Thursday, 25th June 2020 at 3:33pm
Emilia Terzon is trading ABC Melbourne for the Ballarat branch.
She tweeted that she was transferring to the Ballarat offices after completing her last shift for ABC Melbourne this week – but not before firing a shot at the federal government’s cuts to the public broadcaster.
“Many won’t be so lucky. We need a well funded ABC not budget cuts by the Federal Gov,” she said.
Terzon has been with ABC Melbourne since September 2019.

A bench presided over by Justice Neena Bansal Krishna examined the matter in detail, analysing the contours of journalistic privilege and the provisions of defamation under Sections 499 and 500 of the Indian Penal Code. After reviewing the evidence and the scope of free expression in news reporting, the court set aside the trial court’s order summoning the accused and quashed the entire criminal compla
