ECHO Protection Technology has been involved in the medical duress alarm sector for a number of years providing 4G wearable emergency alarm devices to Seniors, Vulnerable Persons and Home Care agencies, large organisation and other such markets. Searching for expansion into other similar markets we undertook several months research into the Medical Alert market, a gap in the market space was identified. As the current medical bracelet market is served by numerous companies providing bracelets, dog tags and other simple devices that have either the affliction and or contact numbers engraved on them, no memory or medical history available. As such Medi-ID was conceived to bring new and exciting technology to this field.
