BRISBANE - The Advanced Robotics Manufacturing Centre together with the Australian Cobotics Centre are excited to announce the upcoming Cobotics Industry Symposium and Mini-Expo, scheduled for Thursday, 5th December 2024.
Headlining the event is ARM Hub CEO Cori Stewart, who sees a future in which robots will be working alongside us in manufacturing: "With the ability to understand verbal instructions and navigate their environments, humanoid robots using Generative AI are the future of industrial collaboration", said Stewart.
The future is closer than we think, but there are specific challenges in Australia - both in development and application that must be addressed first: "I'm looking forward to sharing the unique challenges I've observed across Australian industries, and ways to overcome them. My hope is to inspire our robotics community and AI innovators to drive solutions that have global market impact."
