After unexpected VISA delays despite having come to Australia many times - the last time in 2023 - former MAFIA  boss Michael Franzese has finally been granted entry into the country, with new tour dates announced for Monday 7thth of July 2025 at Doltone House in Pyrmont, Sydney, and at the Timber Yard in Melbourne on Wednesday the 9th of July.

Michael had to cancel his previous tour dates in April this year when faced with an unexpected, lengthy delay for his VISA clearance, but says he is excited for the new dates and that no one will be left disappointed. He arrives in Sydney, Australia, in the morning of Wednesday 2 July.

Goran Kurkioski of Hollywood Events is the promoter of the tour and credits Tamara Rabadi from TRA Law as having managed to finally get Michael's Visa granted.

The public's fascination with all thing's mafia is clear to see when you consider the popularity of Box office smash hit movies like Scarface, GoodFellas, and Donnie Brascoe…but how close to reality do they come? Michael lived through it personally and can answer this question and more.

Franzese was played by Joseph Bono in Martin Scorsese's classic movie Goodfellas, about the New York Colombo crime family but left in 1995 after serving eight years for a $520m tax dodge, as well as parole violations and racketeering.

Michael's forte was spotting opportunities to earn money for the Columbo organised crime family, and he delivered over U.S$1billion to his bosses, with the U.S government labelling him as one of the 'biggest money earners in the history of organised crime.' In 1986, he was the youngest listed in Fortune magazine's 50 most wealthy and powerful mob bosses, with Anthony "Fat Tony" Salerno topping off the list that year.

The show in Sydney on Monday 7th July 2025 will be held at Doltone House Darling Island, 48 Pirrama Rd, Pyrmont, while the Melbourne show on Wednesday 9th July 2025 will be at The Timber Yard, 351 Plummer Street in Port Melbourne.

Limited tickets available for Meet and Greet, VIP Photo Ops, and a Private Dinner.
