Announcement posted by Kleenmaid Appliances 18 Dec 2012
Based on the popular TV show of the same name, the recent ‘Grand Designs
Live’ expo proved the perfect forum in which to showcase the innovative and
comprehensive range of Kleenmaid appliances.
Visitors to the
Kleenmaid space were greeted by an inspiring display of European appliances,
with informed representatives on hand to explain the unique features of each
product. Kleenmaid’s ongoing commitment to providing customers with the very
best in smart, efficient and stylish appliances was evident to all in
attendance.
Kleenmaid has adopted a
‘European Kitchen Studio’ business model. Kleenmaid CEO, Danny Hamilton,
explained the rationale behind this new approach:
‘It’s a big task for a
salesperson in a traditional retail environment to comprehend all of the
features and benefits of the appliances they may be selling, simply due to the
breadth of brands and products on offer. In addition to kitchen appliances,
they may be selling vacuum cleaners, home entertainment systems, and cooking
accessories’.
‘We have introduced the
European model, which allows Aussie consumers to buy their appliances through
kitchen studio specialists. Getting cabinet makers aligned with the appliance
company also ensures a perfect fit of joinery and appliance on every occasion’
Kleenmaid believes this
model will give customers the flexibility to tailor their kitchen and appliance
choices to their individual requirements.
The Kleenmaid Elevator
Oven, a finalist in the 2012 Australian Good Design Awards, garnered particular
attention at the Grand Designs Live expo. The excitement around this product
from industry professionals and consumers alike, highlights the revolutionary
and user friendly approach to design that typifies the Kleenmaid range.
