Dish TV FY26 Q3 loss widens to Rs 276 crore as revenue declines

Dish TV India reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 276.23 crore in the December quarter of FY26, widening from Rs 46.54 crore in the same period last year, according to a regulatory filing.
The company recorded an exceptional loss of Rs 70 crore during the quarter, mainly due to impairment charges linked to intangible assets under development and advances. Loss before exceptional items and tax stood at Rs 206.23 crore, according to PTI.
Revenue from operations fell 19.83% year-on-year to Rs 299.05 crore, while total expenses rose 19.22% to Rs 510.95 crore. Subscription revenue declined 32.2% to Rs 224.5 crore, accounting for 88.8% of total revenue, whereas advertising revenue nearly doubled to Rs 4.8 crore.
