Duo arrested for attacking journalist covering Gurugram rave party raid

The police have arrested two men in connection with the assault on a journalist during a raid in Gurugram. The accused have been identified as Sukhwinder Singh of Mandola village in Charkhi Dadri and Gaurav Taneja of Rohtak. Sukhwinder Singh, who is on bail in the 2022 Sonali Phogat murder case, was among those involved in the attack, The Tribune reported.
The incident took place on November 22, when a male journalist was allegedly beaten up by a group of men while covering a rave party raid conducted by the Gurugram Police on Saturday morning. Among the assaulters was Sukhwinder Sangvan, the prime accused in the Sonali Phogat case.
