SBS Managing Director James Taylor (pictured) will be stepping down from his role at the public broadcaster after 13 years of service, with the last seven years as Managing Director.    Appointed as Managing Director in October 2018, Taylor has presided over a period of record growth for SBS. Prasar Bharati has signed an MoU with UK-based AdiGroupe’s sports arm, AEx SPORT, to launch Global League Wrestling (GLW), the first professional wrestling league in India and the Asia-Pacific region. The league will air on DD Sports and stream on Waves and All India Radio.  GLW will officially be unveiled on September 17, 2025, with broadcasts starting October 4.
