Mango NZ lands Child Psychology Service deal

Mango Communications NZ has secured the account for the CPS. The new deal will see Mango run the CPS’ media relations, with the main goal being to educate the public on its capability to aid children with speech therapy and psychological issues.  “The demand for child psychologists in New Zealand has seen an increase in recent years, particularly since March last year when COVID-19 hit our shores, so there’s never been a more opportune time for us to spread the word about what we do,” said CPS founder/director Dr Emma Woodward on why the organisation sought out Mango for representation.  “We are so pleased to be working with the Child Psychology Service, helping to drive growth and raise awareness for the company and the very important support it provides for children and young people. Livewire signs Body Science

Australian health and wellness brand Body Science is moving into the gaming industry, signing on with marketing company Livewire.   Body Science is well-established in the Australian sporting arena, but this will be the first time it gets involved in gaming.    As part of its shift into the sector, it has also signed gaming influencers Crayator and Bazza Gazza as brand ambassadors.   Body Science director Nathan Picklum said the pair represented the modern gaming market as they balance their passion with keeping active.   “Body Science is excited to be one of the first Australian health companies creating a bespoke gaming strategy to talk to consumers through their passion of gaming. New managing partners named at DRUM

Auckland, NZ communications agency DRUM has appointed Aimee Nicholls and Cassidy Meredith as its new managing partners. The promotions came in recognition of their service to the agency.  Nicholls joined the DRUM’s predecessor agency, Spark PR & Activate, in 2015 as senior account director, then continued into the DRUM rebrand in May 2018. She was head of agency and development when the appointment came.   Meredith came into Spark PR & Activate in early 2014 as senior account manager. Tide PR earns Dash Water deal

Tide.PR has won the account for British sparkling mineral water bottler Dash Water. The deal came as Dash Water is introducing its product line to the Australian market this month, with 1,500 stores already set to stock it. Amazon Web Services (AWS) has enlisted Cameron Craig as its new ANZ communications head, reported Mumbrella. He assumed the role after the incumbent, Dan Chamberlain, stepped down after two years to be reassigned to the AWS APJ public sector communications team. Craig is flying in from California, where he was global marketing chief for a smart-windows manufacturer and led corporate communications for a leading fintech and a credit-card company.
